You are in the heart of one of the most creative areas of the country. Follow up on talking with Jimmy. He's incredibly bright and creative. I had the chance to meet him and attend his two day seminar many years ago. I'd been in the business for a few years and had already learned most of what he had to teach at his seminar. I had begun my book at the time and actually delayed it about a year because our philosophy and styles were so much similar that I didn't want it to appear like I had just taken his material - which I hadn't. Whether I learned from people that learned from him or whether they all learned from different sources, I don't know.

But, as far as the creative end of the business, there is no course I would recommend higher than Jimmy Napier as well as Pete Fortunato. I haven't taken Peter's course, but have never heard a bad word or negative comment. People that take his course all rave about it.

Be very wary about any further materials from Stefanchik or ANY coaching programs in the industry. I know of NONE I would recommend and thousands of un-happy clients.

In particular, educators like Jimmy Napier and Pete Fortunato teach how to invest in notes and use them in real estate transactions. Most other courses are just geared towards teaching people to become bird dogs and brokers. It's the same difference as there is between being a real estate salesman and a real estate investor. A hard working salesman might make a good income for a while. A hard working investor makes a fortune forever.
