Hi Group,
I'm Michael in NW Florida and a newcomer to discount mortgage strategies & investments, however I have a business background, though not in mortgage banking.

I'm fascinated by the wealth potential thru private paper and wish to become acquainted with some seasoned brokers/investors in my homebase area (NW FL/SE AL/SW GA) for continuing education/mentoring ultimately leading to formation of regional investment group with a solid partner/investor alliance for future sizeable projects.

I've read Roger Bel Air's "Make a Fortune in Disounted Mortgages" and John Stefanchik's "The Stefanchik Method" with great excitement. Jimmy Napier resides nearby though I've not talked with him personally, but plan to very soon.
