We just refied on our home, we have been here for 5 years. We closed around the end of Step,04, our payments was notto be due until Nov. but they made it due in Oct. When we found out that we were late i asked them to help me fix it, they said no, that is not what the guy told me when he set this all up, he said that they work with people all the time. well they didn't. then we were looking to refie again & found out that there was no ins. on our house & we had paid for an escrow, but there was no ins. on the house, although they had the p.# from our other morgage co. & thats what they used but it had been closed since we left them & refied. is this breach of contract on there part?i oftered them 4000.00 on the 6???.00 that we owed because of at least 4 hardships that i know of this year alone, & then i had the house sold to 3 people & i know that at least 2 would have had no problems getting the $ needed, i had it sold for 30,000. more then we owed.but they said they were not going to let me do that, this was about two weeks befor the sale date of the house, then they said they were going to sell it on a mon. but i was there & our house was not on the list. they told me the house had been sold. then they sent some one over here to ask me to move out & they would give me 800.00, this might be cause my husband & i were not getting along & my husband was in the hospital for stress & things. Please Help if you can, i know that they are doing things the wrong way. Thank-You for your time, Lorene
