This is just a question pertaining the the judgement/lien that has been posted here.

What rights would someone have if they owned this lien?
As a owner of this lien what options are available to you to get your money back or would you have to wait for the house to be sold in order to get your money?

I have read a great deal of material about bad paper and what you can do to make it good but I'm personally at a loss as to how one could possibly make this a do-able deal.

Any insights by the experienced investors would be greatly appreciated.
