This is a repost of my prior question deleting what I guess the moderator deemed as non-subject related text. If the moderator still feels the need to delete my posting in a public forum, I would humbly request a notification via email with advice on how I can have my posts actually remain in this forum. Thank you. The text of my original post is below:

I am interested in making a future for my family beyond my check to check living. Paper seems to be an option. However, the methods I see recommending to aquire paper sellers is questionable. How do you find real paper? Stefanchik's method seems sound in most regards, but I find a few flaws I would like some of you more experienced paper buyers to answer. First of all, even though I have been encouraged by my "phone counselor" to purchase the course for $1100 and then I will have all the answers I need, I still don't get straight facts about a few things. Namely how you actually aquire paper holders in the recorders office. I have spent time there recording names from the index, and have aquired addresses to send my "would you like to sell" letters to. My question is, if Stefenchik tells me to look up deeds recorded in say 1998 so that I can find people who are tired of holding thier notes, how do I know that they didn't sell it to somebody else already in 1999, 2000,2001, or 2002? That seems way too hard a way to aquire real potential sellers of paper. I know you may still find someone by sure dumn luck that is still holding the note, but it's too much of a risk on my 37 cent investment (more with materials and time spent) sending out a request letter to someone who may not even own that deed anymore. Am I wrong here? Is there something I am missing? Some tips on this and finding paper buyers in general would be appreciated. The phone counselor has offered to buy any paper I find, but I am not so stupid that I haven't already found a few other paper buying companies on the net like Sunvest or National Capital.

Guys, if I am in the wrong place for this, or if this is a Behle only area, please kindly direct me elsewhere. I am just looking for your valuable advice in this.
Thank you...Darin Heath / dheath@sofnet.com
