The challenge with a cash flow broker making any kind of profits in the medical receivables area is that it is a very well established market. There may not be more than a handful of medical offices or facilities between Mexico and Canada that do not know of the sources they have for selling or collecting their receivables. The "factors" market the medical community well and have little need or use for any kind of brokers.
