First time here. I am writing up an offer on an owner financed sale. Purchase price is 179,000 (residential) 25% down 8.5% interest amort 25 year with 5 year balloon. Property is in Washington State, Thurston County good area, lakefront and cedar timber value. Anyone interested in buying this Note at closing let me know. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker.
