Dear John: I'm concerned about finding good notes to purchase, since seems to me that determines all the rest. If I bought your course, would it offer specialized versus generalized tried and true techniques to find a continuing stream of good notes to purchase? My question arises out of our investing experience for the last 12 years in real estate property? Thanks a lot. I've gotten a kick out of your articles.
