I live in Gardner kansas. I recently negotiated, what I thought was a rental contract, and ended up signing a installment contract for redemption property. It states that I agree to pay a price of 62,000.00 to the seller up to 3 months after a sheriff's sale and then it has a purchase price of 162,000 at end of contract. what have I got myself into.
