If you have anymore good advice please let me know. Also, how would I go about making a good impression on a real estate agent? Such as: A good conversation starter/ice breaker? How should I phrase questions in order to get my point across without sounding juvenile or desperate?
The thing is I am 20 and my partner is 22 so we look extremely naive going in and asking for a favor from some man that is looking at me like I'm just some kid. I would like to be able to show professionalism and confidence while I meet with real estate agents.

Furthermore, if you have any paperwork that I could obtain a sample of, such as: fliers, ads for a newspaper (how they should be worded), and any other miscellaneous paperwork that I would need, I would greatly appreciate it.

Please feel free to contact me at: (727) 522-7193 or via mail:
