Thanks John for the reply. I've been gathering info on the units from the owner. The portfolio is looking less tempting as I go through it. its a portfolio of about 30 mortgages most with excellent ITV ratio but a sizeable portion of the unit owners are in arrears. furhter checking on portfolio valuing is needed. If not for this instance then for the future. Any suggestions?
