I am interested in purchasing a multi-family 2-4 unit or a large single family home (multi-family zone) in San Diego, California. The property can be a fixer upper and preferably within a 5 to 10 mile radius of the downtown area but not necessary. I have cash and my lender has approved me for a loan.
