if you are looking for a buyer i would be interested please itemize each component....payment,term, interest rate, newley created note? or ..origination date please and current balance. your paragraph needs clarification. also "cash outs" confusing....
it appears you are trying to create the downpayment from the discount if my guess is correct. you buying?
