The name of my book is "The Paper Game", but there isn't any game that goes with it. I've always wanted to do one, but haven't as yet.
Other than Monopoly, the only real estate oriented game I know of is the "Cash Flow" game by Robert Kiyosaki. There is a link to his books, game and site in the "Learn more" area of this site.
