There are no instructions. I developed them for my personal use and posted them later since someone inquired about them. There is no manual and I'm not sure my logic will be clear to everyone.
Enter 4 of 5 variables into the appropriate column and the spreadsheet will automatically calculate for the fifth. Each cell has a formula, which is overtyped when you enter a number. The remaining formula will automatically show the correct calculation in Quattro Pro. Excel goes a little nuts with it because there is circular calculations. So, to use it in Excel, you need to turn off the autmatic calculation. Then calculate when you have 4 of 5 figures entered.
Quattro Pro doesn't act so strangely and that version will just show an error in the cells until you enter the four variables.
The other spreadsheet for uneven cash flows works just like a financial calculator (on steroids). You enter one cash flow and the time period, then another and the time period, etc. It calculates and totals the cash flows.
