Hello Andrew, I was recently contacted by an REII consultant that stated I would be charged between $5-15M in order to utilize their services. I was told they offered no guarantee as to my success because it was totally dependent as to my ability to follow their directions. I was not offered any verifiable statistics what so ever that would demonstrate to me any success ratio, instead I was instructed to review their web site. When I attempted to utilize the links to verify their credentials, they would not connect me to the agencies they provided. Despite my experience with this company I still believe that a mentor program can offer me the guidance I need to greater success in real estate. However, finding a reputable mentor that can demonstrate his abilities to me without my risking my hard earned dollar still evades me. If anyone out there knows of reputable mentors please let me know.
