Oneal, How about some assistance? Are you the seller or buyer? What are your goals? Money needs, time frame etc. In general you can not make it a win/win for EVERYONE... you need to be specific to the goals of individuals then you work on that.
Some having cash now is a lost. Some having cash now is a win. get the idea?
