I have both and John's course is miles above Donna's. Donna talks more about brokering notes, while John teaches you how to purchase notes yourself.
Not sure if John is going to make available an updated version after this week's bootcamp, but even if he doesn't, you will learn tons more about notes from him than from Donna.
