So, I'll address it that way. Donna has been around somewhere around 15 years. She started as an assistant to Jay Swob who is an attorney in Ohio that specialized in working with "Bad" paper. She worked with him for several years and was trained by him. Jay also sent her out to my 5 day training and I had a chance to meet her there. She seemed very bright and capable. I haven't seen her course, but I would assume it is good. She has had some excellent training and experience - Probably a great deal more than most of those writing courses on mortgage investing these days.
