(1)Can a senior lieholder's trustees sale extinguish a junior lienholder's interest if at the time of the sale the junior lienholder was in bankruptcy?
(2)Or due to the fact that the senior lienholder is not the creditor of the junior lienholder, does the automatic stay affect the seniors right to foreclose without court permission?
