Buying a note with a Nominee Trust

What do you think of buying a note with a Nominee Trust. I have 3 parties that would like to invest in one note and instead of having three names, addresses, etc. on all the paperwork would it make more sense to purchase the note with the trust and have all parties being benficiaries of the trust and each party will receive a promissory note.
