We do 100% financing for non owner occupied /investment /rental property 100% LTV. We have several Lenders all who require different criteria and credit scores. Some are one loan others are 2 loans 80% 1st piggy backed with a 20% simultaneous 2nd this is for PURCHASES and usually with 6% seller contribution allowed. Rates starting even lower than 9.9 depending on credit score.
