Alex:
I am not fond of Note listing services.

Listing services for the most part will generate a ton of calls to you primarily from other Note brokers many of which are also just starting out. So you have the "blind leading the blind" - new novice note brokers attempting to assist new novice note brokers.

Often this leads to unrealistic pricing or "quotes" provided on a listed note that has NO CHANCE of ever being funded as it was represented.

If you intend to be in this business for the long term, you will find that you MUST deliver on what you say you will do. Its a matter of integrity! and accountability that most brokers really want.

Remember the promise of some unrealistic pay price for a Note is just that a false promise. What is far more important than Price is the issue of PERFORMANCE. A close deal makes money for you and gets your client the funds they seek. A promise of some great pay price for a Note that will never close at that price leaves folks disgruntled, not will to trust anyone, and generally upset at their broker the whole process.

We've followed and more importantly practiced these principals for over 20 years in sucessfully and REALISTICALLY pricing files for the brokers we deal with day in and day out.

To your success,
