I am at the bad end of a wrap motgage. It appears the owner sold me the house but the bank was not aware. When the bank became aware they are going to forclose. On the otherhand, there was a contract between me and the seller (drawn and administered by an attorney). I learned this when I became late with a payment. Do I have any rights at this point or do I loose all money paid thus far.
