Each investor is different as far as what they buy and the FICO scores and LTV's they look for. You might want to review some of the materials at their websites or ask information direct from them.
I focus primarily on investing in notes and using notes in creative real estate transactions. The whole thing of simultaneous closes with notes is very over-rated and over-hyped.
If you are asking about selling property you already own on a note, or flipping property and taking back a note, usually the high LTV notes are worthless as far as trying to sell them to investors. It's a waste of time to try.
You can use high LTV notes as downpayments on other properties and in other ways.
