Dear Sir,

My company(100% owned by me, now defunct), Global Healthcare Technologies,Inc. received the above judgment
from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of
Florida against a Cypriot joint-venture company. Half
of that firm was owned by Sinochem, US14,000,000,000.00
in annual turnover, publicly traded company headquartered
in the PRC.
