Forget Stefanchik's organization. History says you will receive little if any help - only attempts to get more money from you.

Several successful people have come into the industry through an introduction from the Stefanchik organization. They just have to move on and get some real information from real, experienced professionals.

Start with the forum and articles here at the www.papergame.com site. Next, read through all the information you can at www.papersourceonline.com and www.noteworthyusa.com From there, read through the information and articles at www.creonline.com in the CASH FLOW FORUM there. Read the free articles and browse the newsgroup at www.notenetwork.com. Pause for a long time before joining their "Coaching" program. It's very expensive and many are unhappy with it, but the free articles and information at their site can be valuable.

Read the articles by Lorelei Stevens at www.wallstreetbrokers.com Looks like their site is down or has been discontinued, but the articles are still there if you link directly. Most are also posted here also. The direct link to the articles is: http://www.wallstreetbrokers.com/library.html

Seriously consider any courses or live seminars by Jon Richards, Hank Harrenberg, Bill Mencarrow, Jimmy Napier, Peter Fortunato. Most of what I have heard about Joel Cassaway's courses has been good, though I have had hard feelings about him plagarizing the name of my course "The Paper Game". It's not the same course, but students seem happy with him.

You can read feedback about various gurus and their courses at http://www.reidepot.com Their reviews are from students though the site doesn't seem to be heavily traveled yet. At www.johntreed.com you can read HIS reviews about many gurus. He is extremely negative and trashes some good people. Just read through the reviews for actual content and evidence and try to put aside his emotions, biases and overly critical tone and judgement. Basically, most of his NEGATIVE reviews or "DOES NOT RECOMMEND" are close to the mark. His POSITIVE reviews are basically no brainers, but some of his neutral ones are way off the mark. A few ought to be on the extreme negative side if he truly knew the facts and some ought to be highly recommended.

When he criticizes courses like Joe Kaiser's over too much "White Space" or Scott Britton's when all he has done is read and mis-understand an ad, pay no attention. His BS checklist is valuable reading, but basing an entire judgement on a guru about the title of their book or company is lazy.

There is a paper newsgroup/forum at http://www.reidepot.com/ There isn't a lot of information there yet. I am one of the forum hosts, but have been too busy to frequent the site.

That ought to give you MANY, MANY hours of free reading and more information than any one home study course with the possibility of The Paper Game 5 day home study course on video.

Read through the articles and newsgroups without rushing off one direction or another. Resist getting drawn into anyone's coaching programs at this point.

The good news is Paper investment (Investment - not necessarily brokerin) is a great way to go. It can be done, with proper and adequate education. The bad news is you haven't received that from Stefanchik's course and won't. I have run across VERY few of his students that have been successful and hundreds, possibly thousands that would not swerve their car if he were walking across the street. Those students I have seen, met or observed that were successful received the education they needed to succeed from other places after they took his course.
