James, I'm sorry I don't have anything to recommend to you right now. I'm hoping someone else can suggest other options for you to help get you started. That said, I'd like to offer some words of encouragement.

At the annual Createive Real Estate Online convention, they give away a "blue vase" award to someone who epitomizes the behind the story of the blue vase award - basically overcoming obstacles and finding ways to perservere in the face of seemingly overwhelming odds. The couple who won this year had started doing "Lonnie Deals", which is basically buying mobile homes wholesale for cash and selling retail, holding the financing (notes.) While that seems unremarkable on the surface, what brought the entire convention to their collective feet was the fact this couple (both husband and wife) is blind. Like Terry Vaughn says, a winner will never be denied.

What I'd suggest is to email directly the various authors of the materials you'd like to study and ask for help or suggestions. I'm sure at least one, or all, would be willing to lend a hand to help you on your way. John Behle at this site, though he's slowed down some because of his health as I understand it, may find a way; John Richards at the noteworthyusa web site; Terry Vaughn or Lonny Scruggs over at the CREOnline website - I'm sure any one of them would be glad to help you find a way to be successful.

Good luck! And please post again from time to time and let us know of your progress.

Respectfully,

Rich
