Where or how can I find an online calcutator that will allow me to figure the actual APR to a mortgege loan as described in the regulation z truth in lending. I have the formula, yet it's too complicated for my math skills. Is there an easier way to figure APR from the closing day or some computer based calculator that can base the math on the closing date vs just amount and flat interest rate. I may have a Regulation Z problem with a mortgage and want to figure out if what was placed on the truth in lending was correct. I need to find the way to determine a miscalculation on the Truth in lending statement and or settlement statements... Thanks
