Finding mortgages online is not going to be your best method of locating them. It can be time consuming and also as your're finding out filled with frustration. Also bear in mind that using direct mail to solicit Note Holders as means of trying to buy/broker their Note is extremely saturated with others doing the same thing.

Can it be done? Sure, but companies like Dataquick;
http://www.dataquick.com ask for Melody Star # (800) 850-9171 x 5710 and tell her I said so can save you a lot of time if you do intend to pursue the direct mail marketing approach.
