My name is Rhonda and similar things has happened to me that happened to your mother only with another company, Fairbanks Capital. They are trying to foreclose on our home now and we have been fighting with them for more than 3 1/2 years. This company if very crooked. They apply payments to misc. fees which puts our mortgage behind then charges us late fees and attorny fees. I now have a lawyer trying to help out and I am trying to get all the information I can and wrongfull foreclosure. Any information you could give me would be greatly appriecated.
