I find your article intriguing on Collateral Rental concerning the $ 350,000 house.

However, I don't understand some things.

Note created for the $ 270,000 balance on the property.

Compensating note to the investor then for a higher interest so the investor can achieve the spread.

Paragaraph above is the one I don't get.

Please explain.
