The book is called "The Millionaire Next Door. Amazon sells it for $15. It is a good motivator but will not in all likelyhood make you a millionaire. This is Amazon.com's link:

Be self Employed, I am entering my tenth year next year. I do not make 10K per week but I do not need to either. I own a 4 family house, my office is in the former attic (it is now air conditioned and quite comfortable) I drive a Buick Le Sabre that was a couple years old, looks nice. My teen daughter has a cell, her own phone line, a computer in her room, Our 3 computers are networked and all have DSL access. She and her sister are getting cars (ok cheap) for Christmas. We eat what we want, out often, It is almost noon and I am not in "work" yet. Doesn't matter what I do for a living the point is pick something, work together, and live hand to mpouth for a couple years, for yourself, you are doing it anyway for someone else.
