Let me preface this message by saying that I am very new to this. I am a note broker/finder for mortgage notes, annuities, settlements and winnings. I tried ads but the callers have been sparse and haven't been any good. I tried going to the courthouse but I didn't know what I was doing. It seems that every mortgagor eventually signed it over to a lender on the same day. I'm thinking maybe I'm missing something in my research, but I am having a hard time finding owners who have financed their homes. Can someone please point me in the right direction of what I should be focusing on in my research? Thanks ahead of time!
