I know it is definitely a tough industry to stick your nose in, but there are so many notes out there I can pretty much guarantee that you will just run into at least one very soon. Even if it is coincidentally. But when finding notes, the only way I could give you advice is if I know what kind of notes you are looking for. If you are just looking for mortgage notes, my suggestion would be to find real estate investors or real estate brokers. Either one of those two types of people can give great leads, or at least they can lead you to someone that can. If you are looking for business notes, you have to go to business brokers. Obviously, this isnt the only way to find notes, but this has proven to work for me. Good luck in your new venture and make sure to periodically come back and tell us how it is going. Sincerely...
